Questions employers ask
Is this a subscription?
No. The Digital Employer badge is a one-time $50 payment and the access does not expire. If we later add paid tiers, this badge stays valid.
What currency am I charged in?
The price is set in US dollars and charged in your local equivalent at checkout, at the rate shown on the payment page. The rate is frozen on your order so what you see is what you pay.
Do I pay FOUND for the people I hire?
No. You pay the officer directly on whatever terms you agree. FOUND does not take a commission from the officer's earnings.
Who can buy a badge?
Any organisation that wants to hire, brief or train African digital talent — a startup, an agency, an NGO, a corporate impact team, or a solo founder building a first team.
What happens right after I pay?
Your badge activates immediately. We create your FOUND ID, your Verified Employer network and your forum space, then email you a link to set a password and open the employer dashboard.
A Digital Officer referred me. Do they get anything?
Yes — 10% of the badge, $5, is credited to their FOUND wallet automatically when your payment clears. Using their link costs you nothing extra.
