Every officer moves through the same four stages. Each stage leaves a record behind, which is what makes the figures above checkable.
An applicant becomes an officer only after identity verification. They receive an officer number and an official work email, so an employer always has a channel we control.
Each completed course is submitted with its certificate and checked against the issuer and issuance date before it appears on the profile. Unverified submissions never count.
Officers with a matching record are dispatched to employer briefs, run a scored trial, and convert onto paid contracts and projects. The result is logged with its date and value.
Officers pitch ventures for seed funding, take community leadership roles in their state or campus network, and mentor the cohort behind them.
